Abysmal Customer Service for E-shop
I discovered Sid Mashburn looking for belts online. Over the last year, I've bought half a dozen belts, a cashmere sweater, Italian sandals, a Liberty of London fabric shirt, and most recently three pair of incorrectly sized espadrilles. I had had positive experiences with customer service previously. But that all went out the window. The espedrilles on final sale were all, not one, but two sizes off. I wrote to them three times with no response. More recently, I wrote back to one of their incessant marketing campaigns that they had lost me as a customer, and they accepted it without even asking how to remedy the issue. Mashburn doesn't design anything original, so I would rather find similar clothing somewhere that actually has customer service.
