Customer service - nonexistent
I have contacted Wild Road twice, once for install instructions and once about parts. I did not get a reply back from either inquiry. Am not liking their customer service.

Started to rust 3 weeks after i put it…
Started to rust 3 weeks after i put it on my truck. Once it rained again just started to rust more!!!! Not Happy!!!! Not able to reach THEIR website wildroadus com just cycles...I have been trying for over 4 weeks.. I want to return it..... This site can’t be reached wildroadus.com took too long to respond. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall Running Windows Network Diagnostic Amazon should try to help me...

The site is Wild Road / Zhuruc
The site is Wild Road, also trading as Zhuruc I saw a great carpet on this site, via a Facebook ad I bought it. Big mistake. I think its a scam. They sent a confirmation, and tracking number. Except the tracking number doesn't exist and there is no possibility for customer service. I responded to the email confirmation but no response. Rookie mistake. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SITE!!
