I put in an order 2 weeks ago and have yet to get my order. The site says they ship within 2-3 days. They do not do what they say. I reached out and they said the product is not in yet. They say they will ship out tomorrow, but that has not happened yet. Do not order if you want your product in a reasonable time. Very poor service and not reliable!

I placed my order on 9/6/2026. I received an order (NOT MINE) on 9/11/2026. The invoice within the order was addressed to a different person with a different order number. I have reached out to the company via email and filled out information on their website. The phone number listed on their site is inaccurate. I have yet to receive a response. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do NOT buy from this website!!
