I like the shoes but the description could have been clearer.

The strap hurts a little but I love them

First time ordering via Shoolu. Very happy with order process, delivery and product. The Anne Klein booties I received were great as expected, nice and new. I just wish I found them earlier in the season. Only suggestion I have - please provide more pictures of product from different angles. Will look to Shoolu again.

**UPDATE: I received the wrong pair of shoes due to the shoe brand/company purchased-the wrong color shoe was in the correctly labeled box. This was no fault of shoolu.com and they quickly helped provide solutions. I ordered a black pair of shoes and got red. Very annoying.

The service was very good I just wish you could see multiple views of the shoes not just one picture.

Would have given 5 stars had I been provided tracking info of purchase
