Ships A LotReviews of shipsalot.com

We’ve been working with Ships A Lot, formerly Dollar Fulfillment, since 2019, and throughout these seven years, it has been a genuine pleasure to work with such a professional and dependable team. They have supported us through every stage of our growth, consistently handling challenges with care, flexibility, and a solutions-focused attitude. Their team has always made us feel like a valued partner rather than just another client. A very special thank-you to Susan, Michele, and Shaela for their dedication, responsiveness, and continued support over the years. We truly appreciate everything you have done for us. We sincerely owe a meaningful part of our success to their hard work and support. We’re incredibly grateful for this long-standing partnership and look forward to many more years together. Highly recommended!

We've been working with Ships-a-Lot for a long time, about 10 years or more. From the very beginning they took extraordinary care and have always been on top of every shipment and every issue. The real measure of their quality is how they respond when things go off the rails. Perhaps we shipped inventory that was mislabeled (it happens), or a package gets routed incorrectly. In every case the SAL staff has responded not just professionally, but cheerfully. We ask a lot of SAL. We ship many items per day, we store a significant amount of inventory, and we are in communication with SAL as if they were our own warehouse, which indeed they are. They are an integral part of our process and without them we'd be lost. So thanks to SAL, and keep up the good work. You will be happy working with them.

The staff is all very kind and communication is quick and clear. We've been working with them for several years now and have loved working with them.

I've been working with Ships A Lot for 5 years now (starting when they were Dollar Fulfillment) and they've been consistently great to work with. Quick communication, transparent fees, and a lot of flexibility dealing with issues as they come up. We had a bad experience with our first 3PL and after we made the switch it was a world of difference.
