I can't create the account, and they don't reply to my emails

No Communication. Setup doesn't work. Can't get any response after mulitple emails. Seriously horrible experience.

Can't connect to my account. I emailed them 3 times to resolve the error and got no response.

Your API won't connect to the new Amazon Shipments and your customer support team doesnt respond.

I'm currently on the free trial and have issues with the tool. I have contacted customer service 3 times without any response. I was going to subscribe to the pro plan but now very hesitant after this poor customer experience.

I need help with Creating a shipment & there's no Customer Service to help me out. I reached out to support at shipmentmakerpro.com 3 Times & no response. I'm attempting to use Shipmentmakerpro as a trial but i can't imagine paying if there's no Customer Service to help me. Is there a Phone Number? Michael
