I can not get a truckload shipment to one location. Will this be fixed?

API within Amazon has been disconnected. Support said they were working on it. It's been a week and still now word. I followed up for an update and still they have not responded to my email. Very disappointed.

The tool does not work at all. Their API connection is broken and although they are aware of this, they still let users sign up to their tool.

provided authorization to their software and amazon showed process finished successfully. on their dashboard it showed they don't have MWS authorization. when contacted support nobody responded.
