Shifty is easy to use & our team loves it! It makes updating materials a breeze, so our team always has the most up to date info. If you are looking for an easy to use (from both the admin & end user perspective) LMS this is the one for you!

The app is extremely intuitive and simple to use. My staff training has never been better. My Bartenders are more consistent and my service staff is update on specials and menu changes. The scheduling feature is the best I’ve seen in over 30 years of operating establishments. Shifty has dramatically improved the efficiency of operations and communications across all FOH and BOH operations!

Such a great addition to our restaurant! Training is seamless and takes so much less effort. Everyone has the same tools at their fingertips. It’s nice to trust that everyone learns the same way, in the same timeline. All of our staff takes advantage of Shifty, well after training, for reference and menu notes. We couldn’t be happier.

Why did this take so long for someone to invent?? It is the system we never knew we needed! This is incredible!

I have been working with Beth from SHiFTY for several months as we begin to transition to their LMS platform. She has been so helpful, accommodating, and responsive throughout the process. This multi-functional platform is all you need to help train and motivate your team as well as create engagement through the other available features such as polls, announcements, and quizzes!

The onboarding and run through of the program was so well done and the dashboard is so simple to navigate. Creating the menu, and understanding how it all works was so seamless.
