I understand your point, as one of the advantages of Shampoo Bars is they consume less plastic. We can wrap the bars in paper in the future. We try to reuse shipping materials instead of throwing them away. The packing peanuts we used were reused from a supply order we received. Thank-you for your commitment to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle! We will work to do better on our part. Best Regards, Winburn

Dear Abi, Our records show that we received the order on April 7th at 8:14pm. The order was fulfilled that night and picked up by USPS the next day. Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed departing from San Francisco, California. However, as you have mentioned it is still in transit. Please keep in mind that USPS Ground Service takes a long time to Hawaii from the mainland, especially from the east coast. We appreciate your business and hope the order will arrive soon. We will continue to monitor the tracking for any issues. Best Regards, Winburn
