Fantastic overall yoga experience
With a goal to 'get ready to get fit' I embarked on a one month 'as many as you can' yoga classes with Eric at Shakti rhythm yoga. The experience was so much deeper than I expected - I rekindled not just my balance skills but my meditation skills - I'm now remembering what it is like to just be calm centred and strong! There always seems to be an element of fun in the class and blankets and props are plentiful - Great job Eric and team.
