Wonderful products, Sad customer service
The quality of the merchandise is truly good, well made, and lasts for years. What's lacking is the friendly customer service for online ordering. The staff at the shop was always helpful and when the store closed down and went to onine ordering only Customer loyalty and appreciation was no longer valued and the service is mediocre to non-existent.
