My package was delayed and arrived thawed. I texted the number available and they responded within the hour and did not hesitate to resend my entire order free of charge. My new package was delivered today completely frozen and beautifly packaged. It was of no fault of Seven Sons that my package was delayed but they honored their qaurantee.

I have been buying meats and eggs from Seven Sons for several years now, and after having experienced the high quality of their products, I would literally never buy from anyone else again. They send weekly emails with videos and photos showing you exactly what they do on their farm; how the animals are treated, how they take care of the grass, the science behind their regenerative farming, and even what their buildings look like inside and out. These people are honest and wonderful to deal with. Their customer service is fantastic, getting back to you immediately with any questions or concerns. And their eggs are SO GOOD, delivered right to your home! I just love this company!
