This is the first time I had a major issue with my phone and was dreading going through the process to get it fixed. But I was delighted at how easy and efficient the process was. My replacement phone arrived within a day. Got my data transferred to the new phone, wiped it and mailed it back to Servify in the next few days. It was as simple as that. Overall, very impressed with Servify. Thanks!
