I submitted a claim after work around 7pm on a Thursday and received my replacement phone the next day! I was able to send in my defective phone with the shipping label provided and everything was serviced with great efficiency and little headache on my end.

Knowledgeable techs. Samsung connection was down for a week but once the connection was restored my repair was done quickly. No issues. Been to a different location before, and had similar experience. Nice people

Excellent and fast service. Used this location for service several times and usually a 2hr turnaround time. I like that the centre contacts you prior to appointment to verify all issues and if parts are available BEFORE you make the trip to the repair centre.
