I loved that I was able to complete the entire transaction online, no need to speak with an agent. I received my replacement phone within 24 hrs and it was exactly like my original phone. The last transaction they just sent any color phone. If my original phone is a certain color, I expect the replacement to be the same color. I was very happy with Servify this time around.
