Phone was acting weird after an accident, and servify made sure I had a phone that acted correctly.

Had to use Samsung Care + twice. Once last year for my Z fold 4 wouldn't fully unfold and another time because the charging port wouldn't work. Both times the claim was filed and the replacement Was sent that overnight! Hassle free and so worth it!!

An amazingly quick response time from the Servify team. My phone broke the night before leaving on a week long vacation. I submitted a claim that evening through their fast and easy claims process. I finished it quickly and they promptly responded with an email they were working on my claim. The next morning I received notice of shipping confirmation. I thought it might be the next day I would receive the replacement, because I submitted the claim so late the evening before. However! To my surprise I had a new phone in my hand by 2pm that afternoon! Incredible service with Incredible response times. Thank you! A customer for life.
