Our company uses Servcorp to both collect our mail and answer phone calls for the property management company we manage. This can be quite a challenging task for anyone who is on the receiving end of an angry or upset resident, or even a situation that has to do with our vendors. Both Erika and Bow are very professional and patient when it comes to dealing with the various homeowners/residents within the community we manage and our vendors we have working onsite. They definitely provide a great buffer when it comes to screening our calls and routing them accordingly, whether it be through a phone "patch through", taking messages and sending emails, or putting the caller through to voicemail. I would highly recommend the great service both Erika and Bow provide through Servcorp! Thanks again

I am very pleased with my experience with Servcorp so far. Not only do they go out of their way to provide top-notch client service, but they make sure to facilitate any office tasks and are always willing to contribute with any request a client might have. Both girls at my center have helped me countless times with multiple work tasks such as emails, calls to clients, mailing out sensitive documents, etc. They have definitely made my workload less strenuous and I could not be more satisfied with their overall performance.
