Truly supportive and motivating wellbeing training
currently don’t write reviews often, but Jan from Senevida deserves one. My grandma recently did wellbeing training with him, and she was genuinely impressed. From the first session to the last she felt supported, motivated, and encouraged. Jan took the time to explain things clearly, made sure she felt comfortable, and helped her build confidence in her body in a way that felt personal and uplifting. She came home after sessions feeling more energetic and positive about her health. I’m not affiliated with Jan or receiving anything for writing this, I’m just sharing because he made a real difference for someone I care about. If you’re considering wellbeing training and want someone who listens, motivates, and truly cares, Jan is highly recommended!
