I really like Sendfox, it is easy to use and a good after sales service. The only thing I miss is to improve the text editing options and the use of images. I am very happy to have purchased it.

I love SendFox, easy-to-use, helps me create email campaigns with ease.. And no cost- best part. Would love to see a bit more on the reporting side and some suggested next steps to take in marketing as well... As I am not a marketer

Really great lightweight Email Service Provider. You pay for what you get: efficient UI, but few bells/whistles or customizations. Not a lot of options with the automations. Great entry-level system to get started and to grow while figuring out what you need. Might be able to stay with it if you are only doing basic newsletters/updates and can also benefit from the excellent social media feed-to-newsletter feature. That's a game changer that elevates this to 4 stars vs. 3 IMO

I bought SendFox in July of 2020 -(thank you App Sumo!) and have been using it off and on since. I have watched this program grow (as in mature) as they fix bugs and add features. Today I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they have made it to bring over (from Google Docs) pics and graphics. Just a quick copy and paste! So easy! For those folks who don't want to have to "learn another piece of software" this is now the "go-to" program. Thanks, Sendfox!

I am just starting to use Send Fox and being technologically stunted, I am having problems but, the amazing people at Send Fox have been with me every step of the way and when I am really confused, they have made video's showing me how to do things. These video's are customized for me and have been more than helpful. Where do you get that kind of customer support? I have never experienced anything like it. Once I get things up and going...this will be a 5 star experience. Thanks for everything.

I know very little about technology and nothing about email systems and automation. The tech support staff respond quickly within 24 hours. I even had a response on a weeken. Creating a landing pages is easy. My biggest challenge is the videos and help articles assume i have some knowledge. They dont go into basic detailed instructions or explain terminology. Also it doesn't have automatic save, so I loose a lot of work. I have a colleague who is very experienced, and she loves how simple and sophisticated it is.
