Cut offer, no itemized list, broken terms, threaten of property disposal
Sell Your Toys Now offered $2,400, they pay shipping, on about 357 Funko Pops. At least 80% were in protectors. HobbyDB on the priced pieces was about $10,400. A pile never even got a number. Already about $6.75 a pop. Wendy said they inspect every item, can send a list, and a cut does not kill the offer. I shipped on that. The day the check went out, $2,400 became $1,000. No list. “Almost the entire collection” was soot. Next morning “almost” was gone. Entire collection, protectors included, maybe unsellable. They never took the armored pops out. Four photos through the plastic. One “dirty” box is brown because Disney made it brown. Their clean, ready-for-sale Rachel from Friends has a split corner and dust on the edge. Photos attached. Dumbo was the only shot that belonged in a dock. I said no. I offered $2,000. I asked for the list. Four emails. Nothing. Then the owner: take $1,000, or Zelle $850 to a personal Hotmail. That was shipping they already agreed to pay, freight they never quoted, and $150 for his day. Anything else gets ignored. Forty-eight hours and the pops get disposed of. I wrote that I still owned them. No answer. I took the $1,000 because of that timer, and wrote that. Instant reply. Instant payment. Then the unsellable lot got a store. Protectors came off for the photos. wertoys.com. Clean. Full price. Signed Bugs Bunny Opera #311, $59.95. SDCC Jimi Hendrix, $44.95. FNAF plush, $159.95. The castle they called soot, $26.95. Not all 357 are up. Everything they posted is clean. Soot when it was mine. Retail when it was theirs. Their sample is the one with the split corner. Do not send them a collection.
