Very Poor Service
The product is brilliant but the service they offer is absolutely rubbish. They take a very long time to reply to queries, which at times is not helpful and if you want a faster response, you need to pay for the premium support service. Absolutely ridiculous.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you find the product valuable, but we are sorry that your experience with our support team did not meet your expectations. Since this review was posted, we have made a significant investment in improving both our response times and the overall level of service provided through our standard support plan. Over the past year, we have focused on expanding our support resources, refining internal processes, and improving the customer experience for all users, not just those with premium support. We hope that if you have interacted with our team recently, you have noticed improvements in these areas. We would also like to clarify the purpose of our premium support offering. Premium support is designed primarily for customers managing multiple projects or those who benefit from having a dedicated representative who is familiar with their account, environment, and business requirements. The goal is to provide a more personalized experience and proactive engagement, rather than simply faster access to support. That said, every customer is important to us, and we are committed to providing quality support regardless of support tier. If you ever feel that an issue requires additional attention, please reach out to our support team directly via our emergency phone lines: North America: (877) 786-9339 or outside North America: +800 7866 3390 or contact your Account Manager so that we can help ensure it receives the appropriate level of visibility.
