I did receive the ordered goods. However, when I wanted to return some parts and followed the return process and the specified two e-mailadresses in their terms and website I got a failure in deliver reply stating that the email addresses did not exist and “the recipient server did not accept our request to connect”. When I finally got contact they offereded a DSV pickup which I accepted. However, after this stage no reply or pickup - only the “failure in delivery” message to my reminder emails. Cannot recommend this company. Not serious.

Terrible delivery experience. I was considering buying more furniture but simply cannot go through the hasle of delivery with DSV again. At first it looks pretty good with option of days, then DSV does not delivers on agreed day, and then provides an aleatory day an time for delivery. After a complaint, I am unfed that the package is in Tune - delivery is in Copenhagen - and it will be delivered the day after. Then a call , delivery arriving in 10 minutes, meaning my package was not in Tune. The driver parks not at my address, and calls practically unloading one block away. When he notices the distance, reverse. Unloads the package and is more interested in a signature in a paper. I read what I sign and was taking my time to check the information on the package with the paper. At the same time, the driver is saying if I do not sign right away will take the package back and starts pulling the package from the wagon it was standing on barely supported by me. Horrible experience which discouraged me completely to buy another piece of furniture at Design House Stockholm.

I bought an item on their website early December. Few days later, I was informed that the item was not available and would not be available. They offered an item for replacement which I accepted... We were December 10. Then, they simply disappeared.. After three weeks awaiting my order, I wrote them. No answer. Early January, I wrote again. No answer. Again later late January, no answer... And three days ago, I received finally my order.. and an email, saying "sorry"...! Well, sorry but never ever again I will order on this website.
