a scammers that wont get your money back at all... they will keep blaming it on the bank system

I purchased a localized IP address for a set location for a time sensitive project. I was told after my purchase, they were out abs it would not be available for a few day. I request a cancelation of my order based on this and the company said they don’t do refunds. They misrepresented the availability of their service and are charging me for their mistake. Not cool!

Worst company ever... I bought a vpn uk, but it appears in France.

The proxies they have provided me fail every minute and won't let me connect, I haven't had any problems with another proxy company like this before. So for me it is a terrible experience.

1. The fresh vpn they provided me didn't really work and cannot hide my location. So you real location is still exposed . 2. When trying to change my UK VPN for a fee of 10$ hopping to get a better fresh vpn, they provided a France VPN and not a UK one, and the good part is they refused to refund the charge. 3. Customer service is very bad. No live chat! No phone number! So if you have an urgent situation, you have to email them and wait for a response for 24h.

My account was been blocked because my card was marked as high risk for no reasons I’ve been using it everywhere I go and works sperfectly and got my money taken away with not concrete answer from the cs. Can you refund my money ? SCAM!!!!!

another fraud and scam case by them / charge your credit card then their page sends you payment data error / and your bank sends you SMS that someone deducts money from the account. I don't know what to say...
