Changed my entire approach
Every senior designer and design leader working in the field should consider this required coursework. Second Wave Dive can help unlock design's full potential regardless of industry or company size. The material helped me better correlate design value with business intent by applying well known design thinking techniques in completely novel ways. Saying SWD is career-altering doesn't quite go far enough. I have put what I learned on the ground at all levels of organizations with repeated success. I've also put these techniques in the hands of other PMs and Designers and seen similar results. If you're looking to move forward in our industry—this is your playbook.
