My experience with the staff in California was amazing! So helpful and friendly. We were moving our stuff from San Francisco to Nimes France. Sooo, I only gave 4 stars because our shipment landed in Rotterdam (unbeknownst to me!) and sat there for a month while we sat in our lovely new home eating off of paper plates. It seems they have to wait until another shipment comes in that can be delivered in or around our area..huh? Again, had no idea about this either. Once everything arrived (all together this took FOUR months!) not a crack, scratch or broken glass. Bravo!

Loved the US-side of customer service! Laurynas T. was extremely responsive and helpful. This was the first time I ever shipped internationally, and she answered all the questions I kept throwing her way. I was less impressed with their European partner who was less reliable about communicating updates.
