I’ve been training with Scott Silveus at ScottyDoo Coaching for 6 months
I’ve been training with Scott Silveus at Los Campeones Gym in Round Rock 3–4 times per week for more than six months, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I’ve gained approximately 16 pounds of muscle, transformed my physique, and become significantly stronger. Scott provides a truly comprehensive coaching experience. He designs my workouts, helps me refine my diet and supplements, and makes sure I use proper form to avoid injury while getting maximum benefit from every set. Our main goal is physique development rather than absolute strength, but my strength has still improved immensely. Scott’s ability to adapt my training around a 30-year-old shoulder injury has been especially valuable. That injury had limited my lifting for decades, but my left arm and shoulder are now stronger than I ever thought they could be. We’re continuing to add muscle on that side to improve symmetry, and I’m confident we’ll accomplish that together. Scott is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in his clients’ progress. I recommend him without hesitation for injury-conscious training, body recomposition, improving overall fitness, or preparing for a bodybuilding competition. As a competitive bodybuilder himself, he brings both expertise and firsthand experience to his coaching.
