The references to articles I needed were available, plus the notes, article summaries and paraphrase section was awesome. User friendly for sure. I will definitely consider resubscribing in future. Well done team!

I recently needed to adjust my subscription status because the premium features no longer aligned with my current academic trajectory. I reached out via the chat messaging support and was remarkably impressed by the efficiency of the service. Despite my complex request, the support representative addressed my concerns immediately. The entire process was completed in just 10 minutes. As a graduate student with an extremely demanding schedule, I found the speed and effectiveness of the resolution to be exceptional. The team's ability to provide a quick, hassle-free solution was highly beneficial to my workflow and much appreciated during this transition in my life.
