Overall great product. Chose the Premium version. You can find good prompts on the internet. Very good literature research and well structured replies. The best experience for me was the support tho. When i encountered some problems with my subscription status i reached out to them and the problem was solved within hours …on a sunday. Really friendly and helpful team.

I accidentally signed up for a year. I contacted the team and told them I wanted to sign up for a month. They corrected my subscription in their system and refunded me the difference. I was able to pay rent on time as a result of this change. Thanks all.

The agents are helpful and quick to respond. I have to admit, Scispace is one of the best AI tools I have used so far, the only issue I had is that it is a little bit pricey, especially for students without any funding.
