The team was incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient in coordinating my flight booking. Especially Jercel, who communicated clearly, responded promptly, and made the entire process smooth. I appreciate their support in securing my ticket, and I’m grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

Jercel was very helpful! His email format on flights with prices and all the options made it very easy for me to understand what was going on. He remembered my concerns at hand, which made it more personal to complete my trip plans with him rather than dealing with another trip advisor and having to re-explain myself.

Such a wonderful experience, especially Mellan Rivas who helped me to change the best option of my flight due to the major schedule change on my original flight by the airline. Thanks Mellan, good job, I really appreciate. Give you a thumb up, what a relief for me, hope there is no more changes by the airline.

Mellan Rivas helped me change my flight. He is very professional, polite, informative and prompt. He is assertive in getting the answers I want and play a great middle person role between the airline and the customer. It’s my first time trying out Scholar Trip and was a bit worried there may be complications, but Mellan helped me to believe this is a legit, safe, company with employees who strive to help with our needs. Thanks again for all your help Scholar Trip and Mellan!
