They sent my flight itinerary after 6 days and several emails and calls, which went ignored. Confirmation number checks out but if you are in a hurry or if there is a problem, do not expect to hear from them promptly.

Needed a slight revision and had to pay full price again. Paid premium for faster service. Got wrong flight dates and had to contact provider. They corrected but the delay cost me money. That said, I finally did get my visa with no issues or questions.

I wasted my $60 as the reservation made for me expired, I renewed but was still unable to use it for PTA. This was because the bank kept asking for electronic ticket number

Yes of course if you need a 13 digits ticket number then you have to buy an actual flight ticket because 13 digit ticket number comes only if you convert your reservation into an actual ticket whereas if you need a reservation so only 6 digits PNR come with that whereas we know you ordered flight reservation and we sent you the right document but if you need 13 digit ticket number then you have to convert the reservation into ticket then your need can be fulfilled, hope you understand. We will definitely cooperate as much we can on our end to keep our customers happy.
The last time I used your services it was great. I was served fast. This time I had to keep engaging with your customer care who was giving false advice. I received the reservation after more than 24 hours

Brian, I saw your case and read all the emails and saw the timing, according to that you placed normal standard order and we sent you the reservation document in the next 19 to 20 hours, not after 24 hours please calculate the timing on your end as well. We always try our best to serve our customers as soon as possible.
