The perfumes they sent me were cheap knock-offs and unwearable. when I paused my account they re-activated it without my permission and charged me for another month. When I tried to rectify the situation they were very rude and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Do not waste your money.

BEWARE. I liked the subscription, but couldn’t afford it anymore after 5 months. They charged me over $77 for THREE more months afterwards, and I didn’t receive any boxes. I emailed them, and they said I was mistaken and charged me one more time. I had to go through my bank.

Backwards company. No response on social media when I tried to use a coupon for Mother’s Day which resulted in me not getting the present for my mother. As well, I paid for the 3 scents and the calendar options were very confusing - I added 3 to the first calendar because that makes the most sense. The other calendars from the naked eye would appear to be for future shipments. They sent me two horrible and cheap scents instead of the 3 I chose. If my selections are missing and it’s my first time ordering, don’t send me anything or send an email correcting it. Because I’m in Canada, I am unable to exchange the item unless I pay for the shipping which will cost more than i paid for the product, and they refuse to give a refund. They really need to make their website more user friendly. I’m plan to do a chargeback through my bank.

I wanted to love scentbox. But due to a lack of transparency and poor customer service. Claiming they have products they don’t have, generating shipping labels for items they haven’t shipped and claiming it will be a short time before they have a product when really they have no clue was to much for a budding relationship I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund which they don’t want to give I was forced to take the issue to my bank. This could have been great if it actually worked as advertised. At this rate they have had my money for over a month and have not shipped anything. I’m going to take my money and try Royalty Scents instead. Hopefully they will provide a better experience with a larger amount of premium designer scents. Bye bye Scent box you played yourselves.

This is by far the worst company to deal with. I have paid for 2 scents of February and these premium scents. My scents for this month was delayed on the 21 and is now the 29th. Email after email asking for credit or switching the scents and keep being told I have to wait for God knows how long for something I have paid for. They do not care about their customers at all. Just to take your money. Do not waste your money on this company.

Didn't have a great experience. I have called multiple times, left a voicemail, sent multiple emails and have yet to hear back. I decided to cancel my son's subscription and will be using a different company. Unsure if we will get his February shipment that has already been paid for.

This is going on my 2nd month I raised it to premium cause I let them select a cologne for me and it wasn't great and also now it's been a delay for some reason on shipping my product after I already paid them I'm not sure yet at ALL about this company yet...

If I could give no star I would. I got this subscription for my 15 year old son. He was so excited, as he is finding his way with grooming and taking good care of himself. The first order arrived, and it was awful. It smelt like rubbing alcohol. I got the subscription with three scents, and they all smelled exactly the same! I figured maybe it was a fluke, and wanted to give them another shot! The next shipment came. SAME THING….SMELT LIKE ACTUAL RUNNING ALCOHOL!!!!! I cancelled the subscription…..or so I thought. Two months went by and no bill after the cancellation, but suddenly the month of December hits my bank account. I immediately log in and send an email. I requested a refund, a cancellation yet again, and told them how awful the cologne was. I do scent bird and I love it, but this was not the same experience. They refused to refund me, told me there was nothing on my account showing I ever cancelled, and when I told them to explain why I have t received product or paid for two months….the simply sent me a cancellation notice! 🤦‍♀️ to be honest it’s cheap and it wasn’t about the money for me. It was about the company having integrity, and making a situation right! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND
