Not happy with my first month. I signed up for premium and didn't know I chose them or how to do so. I thought they would just send me premium fragrances. Once I worked out how it worked and chose my own choices for the year, it was too late and they sent my first months. They sent me a cheap lacoste one, which isn't premium and not something I would use. My first month is wasted

The only thing I don't like about ScentBox is you can hardly get a customer representative when you need one ughhh.
