DIBS is an appointment booking and CRM platform built for real service businesses — barbers, salons, clinics, personal trainers, vets, massage therapists, yoga studios, dog groomers, and dozens of other service verticals. The core idea is simple: your clients should be able to book in under a minute, without downloading an app or creating an account. They tap a link or scan a QR code, pick a service and a time, and they're done. No friction, no barriers. On the business side, DIBS gives you everything you need to run your day. A clean staff calendar shows who's coming in and when. Customer profiles build automatically — last visit, booking history, no-show patterns, notes, and tags. You stop chasing people on WhatsApp and start running an actual operation.Every business on DIBS gets a branded public booking page. You choose a visual theme, set your brand color, upload your logo and cover photo, add a photo gallery, and toggle each section on or off — all with a live preview editor. The page looks like your business, not a generic form.DIBS also includes an AI chat assistant on every public page. It answers questions about your services, prices, staff, and availability — 24 hours a day. When a visitor is ready to book, the AI opens the booking form with the right service preselected. There is a free plan for getting started. No credit card required, no trial period, no expiry.
