ScaledMail is cold email infrastructure built for agencies and outbound-focused teams that care about inbox placement more than vanity volume. Instead of wrestling with DNS, warmup tools, and tenant blocks, you rent a fully managed fleet of pre-warmed Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP inboxes that are ready to plug into your sequencer on day one. Our standard configuration spreads sending across multiple domains and low daily volumes per inbox, mimicking natural human behavior and drastically lowering the risk of blocks, spam foldering, and reputation burn.Every inbox comes with professional domains, premium warmup, and active monitoring, so you can focus on offers, lists, and copy while we handle the plumbing. Need mixed ESP coverage? Blend Microsoft and Google pools to maximize deliverability into both ecosystems and hedge against platform-level changes.ScaledMail is subscription based with no setup fees, long-term contracts, or surprise overages. Support happens where you work — live chat plus a shared Slack channel with direct access to the technical team. The result: reliable, boringly stable sending infrastructure that quietly powers your pipeline, so your team spends more time booking meetings and less time fighting deliverability fires.

The team at ScaledMail has been very helpful and attentive whenever we have questions about inbox setup. It saves so much time and money to be able to use this service to purchase inboxes for cold email and to have them set up automatically. I have confidence that they're being set up correctly + can focus on the other aspects of cold email (like list generation and copy) that are also very important. Highly recommend!

As fair as fair gets. Their help chat feature is always a real person, they set everything up quickly, and when I had accidentally ordered too many emails and didn't realize it, they retroactively took care of everything for me. Unusual to see that kind of class in the business world. Thank you guys.

ScaledMail is our go to provider for cold email inboxes. Dean and his team are at the top of the deliverability game, and are extremely helpful with any questions my team ever has. Not to mention the inbox performance itself - after using 10+ providers, ScaledMail outperformed them all. If you need inboxes for cold email, you use ScaledMail. As simple as that.
