Terrible customer service. I tried twice to get a good fit and after gagging both times, failed. They required me to purchase additional impression kit. Actual mouth guards took forever to arrive and my dentist told me not to use them due to poor fit.

Unusable product causing jaw pain—merchant refuses to honor guarantee I wore the guard for 7 nights to give it a fair trial, but the uneven bite resulted in escalating jaw pain. When I contacted customer service with video evidence, they used restrictive legalese to deny a remake or refund. They claimed their 60-day guarantee only covers whether the guard physical "seats" on the teeth, completely ignoring that the biting surface is entirely unlevel. In their final email, customer service explicitly instructed me to "discontinue use of the appliance" because it causes "significant jaw pain and muscle soreness." It is completely unacceptable for a company to deliver a dental device that causes physical injury, tell the customer to stop using it because it is a health hazard, and then refuse a refund because it technically "clicks onto the teeth." Avoid this company at all cost.

I have been waiting on my retainer for WEEKS. There has been no update on shipping or an explanation as to why it is taking so long. The putty is terrible. It dries super quickly making it difficult to get a good impression. I had to do it twice because of this. I have done impressions with another retainer company before with ease and quick shipping. I will be going back to the company when I need a new retainer.

This website lists that they are Trustpilot certified, however the 4.7 rating on their website certainly doesn't match what we are seeing here

This is so far a huge rip off, I needed a mouth guard due to me grinding my teeth at night, first its expensive, I found cheaper but this was in the middle, the directions were horrible cuz I thought i did it correct but when I sent the pictures they said they're not good enough n said 2 do it again n wanted 2 charge me more mind u it takes a week 4 a response after every question I told them I have no more money n I sent it in weeks ago n still nothing n in the mean time im grinding my teeth...
