Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating and concerning it can be to receive collection notices for medical bills, particularly when you believed those bills had already been resolved. Savvos provides payment technology that health plans and healthcare sharing communities use to pay providers. Resolving billing concerns can sometimes require coordination with your health plan or sharing community to verify payment authorization and status. In other situations, a payment may have been issued but not properly reflected in the provider's billing records. We are happy to assist with both. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into this issue. Please message us through your Savvos member portal and reference this review so our team can review each bill with you and work toward a resolution.

Here’s a polished version that adds your point while keeping the focus on this reviewer’s experience: We know how important it is to have a health plan that feels easy to use and helps you access care. We’re glad the transition has made that experience simpler for you and that you haven’t had to pay out of pocket for your care. We believe direct provider payment through Savvos SmartPay technology can help shape the future of health benefits. Thank you for being a part of that change!
