Thank goodness I make of movie of the functionality, the edges, screen, front and back as well as the Serial Number and IMEI, and continued the movie while I wrapped it, sealed it and addressed it. I was sent a much lower figure with a few pictures of a phone that was not mine. I asked them to turn on the phone in the pictures to see the serial number and IMEI. It is 7/25 and the company is getting back to me about this review...only 2.5 years. Must be in a galaxy far, FAR away. Well I stand by my review and I very rarely write poor reviews as they are time consuming. I wrote this one because they sent pictures of a phone that was NOT MINE, different IMEI and serial number and an offer for much less. SHAME ON YOU! People work hard and do not have time for your corrupt practices. Karma will see to it you get what you give in the end, my friend. Bye bye bye. Maybe if a doctor treated your child with the same disregard, maybe a CT from a different patient and lying to you and selling her body parts...hmmm. One is either honest or they are not. You hurt people with your bait and switch policy. SHAME
