Well could have ratings on phones not so microscopic. More pay options. Everything else was excellent.

Super quick payout, this company is the best way to sell your old device! I contacted SaveGadget for a quote and got a response so quickly! They give you more for your items than any other company and the process was extremely fast. I was shocked at the low quote for a iPhone 12 Pro Max even though there was an issue with my device that I wasn't aware of! Would definitely recommend, very honest people.

I would provide 5 stars, but the standards of the quality of the device apparently are subject to individual interpretation and personal bias. I claimed my device was in Mint condition, less than a year old, no scratches/nicks on the body or frame, yet the receiving staff downgraded it from the maximum to a lower reward. Simply was not clear so I accepted the offer without bias

After inspection the condition of my iPhone was downgraded because the battery maximum capacity was 78%. All that is said about battery life in the FAQs is a battery that lasts less than 1 hour is an issue. The battery on my iPhone did last much longer than 1 hour. The battery life issue should be addressed more clearly in the FAQs.

I was being offered $5 for a phone and asked for $10. They helped!
