The Satchel & Page Montgomery is the kind of jacket you buy when you want your grandchildren to argue over who inherits it..... But the real hero is Valerie. Val. A legend walking among us. She helped me sort out sizing with extraordinary patience and warmth. I contributed a mountain of emails and shipping-label questions. Val somehow made me feel like a valued customer while I was clearly becoming a recurring assignment. I came for a magnificent jacket. Val made me a lifelong customer.
