Customer service is amazing. When I first placed my order I was having issues with getting an error so I accidentally ordered the product multiple times. I emailed them and got a response first thing in the morning (time difference). They took care of everything and refunded my money right away. Had a delay in getting the product, which was not their fault. Emailed them again and quick response was had. They were working hard to figure out the issue. Long story short I did receive the product the same day. It's unusual to have anyone respond this quickly and actually care. Thank you to the customer service team. Excellent job
