Sam Prentice is a wealth strategist who works with business owners, professionals, and founders who have built real wealth and are now running all of it out of one bucket. Wealth CEO is the practice. You are the Owner. We manage the team. Most people at this level are not short on advice. They are short on coordination. The CPA does not talk to the attorney, the attorney does not know what the investment plan is, and nobody is looking at the whole board. That is the problem we solve.Engagements run across four arenas that are treated as one system rather than four separate errands:TAX STRATEGY. Entity structure, timing, depreciation, and the moves that actually reduce what you send to the IRS, coordinated with your CPA rather than around them.CASH FLOW. Knowing what comes in, what goes out, and what it is for. Most owners discover their real burn rate for the first time in this exercise.ASSET PROTECTION. Trusts, holding structures, and insurance designed before you need them, not after somebody sues you.MONEY MINDSET. The part nobody bills for. More money changes the kind of fear you carry, not whether you carry it. That gets addressed directly. We are the coordinator, not the replacement. We translate your goals into clear direction for your CPA, your attorney, and your other professionals, and keep everyone moving in the same direction instead of five. Every call is recorded with notes sent to everyone involved, so partners and co-decision-makers stay equally informed. The value most owners underestimate: you walk into every professional meeting already clear on the objective. Their expensive time goes to judgment and execution instead of getting up to speed.Engagements are month-to-month. No hourly billing, no timesheets. Every retainer carries a 5x value commitment, five times the fee in measurable monthly value, reviewed together every month.Nothing here is legal, tax, or investment advice. We are strategists and educators. Every decision stays yours, made with yo

I first talked with Sam years ago when I was building my first e-commerce brand and starting to learn how to invest. I was struck by how casually and naturally he approached everything. Sam has always been there whenever I have needed help or advice around investing, wealth structure, or anything at all. He knows his stuff! Over the years, he has also become a good friend!

Sam was engaging, detail oriented and offered multiple creative solutions to personal wealth management. He spent a lot of time on mindset, values and visioning, which is not common for typical wealth managers. Highly recommend working with Sam to come up with a personalized plan!

Thank you, Jason! Appreciate you, your friendship, and the kind words. A decade goes by too fast. P.S. Someday we'll spin back up the Wealthatics Youtube channel. :)
Sam has guided me on my own capital placements, and more than that he has spent an enormous amount of time helping me become the best version of myself. Those two things turned out to be the same project. I know I don't fit his usual client profile, and he has invested in me anyway, consistently, for years.

I work in sales. I negotiate for a living. When it came to the comp package at my new company, Sam still saw the negotiation more clearly than I did. He looked at the whole offer, not just the number. He explained the equity to me and I walked in knowing what I was worth. I've also read his book, and it changed how I think about money. Highly recommend 🙌🏻

Sam helped me understand real estate professional status for my rental house. He knows how to go deep without making it overwhelming, get into the details that actually matter, and put you in a much better position for long-term growth. I walked away feeling confident about my taxes. Highly recommend spending some quality time with Sam. A few hours with him and you’ll wonder why no one ever explained it to you quite like that before.
