Thank you for your understanding! *** Hi Hervlyn, Thank you for your feedback! We can see you have Voice Prompts turned ON in your account. So, you should hear the initial prompts telling you the number of minutes left to call a specific destination after having initiated the call. We cannot interfere in any way during the call. Secondly, no matter the service we use, reaching any Voice Mail in this world, is considered an answered call due to the technical context. It is not related to a specific service. Basically, no service can detect if the party called has one in place or not. What many people do is just hang up after a few rings to avoid the Voice Mail. Merci de votre compréhension!

Hi Philip, The processing fee mechanism briefly... It reflects multiple international payments that we need to cover in order to offer you the instant online mobile credit transfer. The transaction abides by other conventions than the currency exchange, that's why there is a difference in the final price. Hope it makes sense. Thank you for your understanding, and for being with us.

Hi Bataille! The reason is simple: security! It's usually instant, but we have random manual checks as part of the procedure, especially when there is inaccurate information related to an order. Our Customer Service team will contact you directly with more details regarding your last order. For the future purchases, please make sure you provide accurate information before placing an order. " Let us know how it goes in the future. Thank you for your understanding!
