You won't find a more professional and capable acquisitions company than S8 Acquisitions. They're the best acquisition company that I've worked with in my 12 years of real estate and continue to exceed expectations. They have a great mixture of expertise, professionalism, cutting systems and a high level of customer service that really sets them apart.

Been a member for 7 weeks. I closed on 1 home and in contract with another. So far the experience with everyone has been great. Domenique, Brian, Mendel and Maria are a pleasure to have on my team. I work a lot and need a turnkey process which S8 provides. I’m going to build a rental portfolio with S8. I recommend doing the same.

John and Mendel have been fantastic at assisting me through finding and closing process of the properties. Julian also took his time to do follow up and make sure everything is up to my expectation. I would happily refer friends and family to S8 for businesses in the future!

I joined S8 Acquisition in October 2025, and within just six months, I successfully closed on my first investment property. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and made what could have been a complex and stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Working with Real, Julian, Frankie, Dan, Mendel, and the rest of the team was instrumental in getting me across the finish line. Their hands-on support, guidance, and responsiveness at every stage gave me the confidence to move forward, even when navigating unfamiliar territory. They truly simplified each step and ensured I understood the process from start to finish. I genuinely could not have done this without their consistent support and expertise. Thank you S8 Team!
