Hi Banned, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we understand your frustration. The Rain feature is part of our free-to-play system, where players can earn credits based on their activity. However, as stated in our Terms of Service, Rain is meant to be collected during active gameplay, and excessive or automated farming of Rain rewards is considered abuse of the system. We understand that you stacked up your Rain over a longer period, but collecting rewards without actively playing can violate the intended purpose of the system. That said, we want to clarify that RustClash no longer bans accounts for reward abuse or similar issues, as outlined by our owner in a recent post on Twitter. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent experience for all users. If you feel your account was unfairly restricted or have concerns about your situation, please contact our live support team via the orange chat button on rustclash.com, and we’ll be happy to look into it. Kind regards, RustClash Customer Service Team

Hi Dave, We’re really sorry to hear about your situation, but we believe there’s some confusion. RustClash is not associated with Gumtree or any transactions involving air conditioners, and we have no information related to the case you mentioned. We’d like to help you resolve this issue, but it seems like you may have mistaken our site for another platform. We’ve requested more information through Trustpilot so we can assist you in reporting the correct company. In the meantime, we encourage you to reach out directly to the platform involved in the transaction. Again, we are truly sorry to hear about your experience with the air conditioners and wish you the best in resolving it. Kind regards, RustClash Customer Service Team
