Jsut replying back to the message you send me on my last review every time I message you guys and say my id you kick and ban me I think it’s up to you guys to make it right you as this is insane when I have 1700 on that site. Now if I go back to the site and say my id am I gonna get kicked again? My id is 616218

I found skin deals via RustClash Wiki and when I wanted to use them I found my skins after creating an account in withdraw after I seen the lower price in gems so I deposited about 10 dollars and got my gems went to withdraw and was LOCKED OUT forced to now make a wager. So save your self trouble unless your a gambler the website is misleading as if they have better deals. Lastly I was banned asking for help in support and was told no refund and they don't want to verbally admit it as gambling just wagering. All I wanted was my lousy ten dollars back and was banned after telling them I was not of legal age to gamble and that I could appeal it when legal age. I instead will reach out to my bank for support on a chargeback because I feel scammed at this point cant get a refund and I am not allowed to use the deposit as I am banned. I'm open to discuss this matter with someone who actually cares to see it through with me instead of hit me with TOS and policy reminders, when's the last time the guy who wrote a tos or policy was reading every single tos and policy when he joins things or buys things or she. Anyhow I am disgusted with the customer service. Happy to remove this review if contact is made to same email I am registered here as since I can no longer reach support chat.

I made an inquiry about purchases with debit cards in other people's names and they banned me directly. I only made an inquiry and the way to proceed in case an account has funds and is banned, to know the ways in which they return what was bought in the store or if they make a refund directly to the bank, but they simply block you just for asking. It is clearly a scam page. ////////////// Hice una consulta sobre las compras con tarjetas de debito a nombre de otras personas y directamente me banearon. Solo hice una consulta y la forma de proceder en caso de que una cuenta tenga fondos y sea baneada, conocer las formas en las que devuelven lo comprado en la tienda o si realizan un reembolso directamente al banco, pero simplemente te bloquean solo por preguntar. Claramente es una página de estafas.

To clarify — deposits under $3.01 (after fees) are automatically credited as Coins, which are used for playing the games, but can’t be withdrawn. Only deposits of $3.01 or more are credited as Gems, which are withdrawable. Site glitched when i withdrew a 20 dollar skin and i contacted support to no avail. never got my balance nor my skin back
