i had a bad end error with my acc that was giving me the incorrect rakeback. At first it took a while to get someone that could "look into it" from the backend dev team. Once "Deviation" from RC support come to assist it was sorted and fixed within 30min. He was very prompt with responses and run tests with me to make sure it wasn't still happening. The man deserves a bonus for his outstanding way of handling the matter!
