I ordered two bulbs roughly $40 apiece…
This review is updated as the company reached out to me to offer a full refund. I purchased a UV-C disinfecting light for $220 that we couldn't get to work. I had trouble returning it to the company. However, I have been promised to be compensated, and was assured that both the non functioning lights as well as being treated unfairly by the customer support person in charge of returns was anomalous and not how they mean to treat their customers.
