Very Poor Customer Service and Warranty Handling
Defective rugby jersey (sponsor print cracked after the first wash at 30°C, despite following care instructions). The seller first offered only a 10% discount, then confirmed in writing a full refund after return. After sending the item back, I received the same defective jersey again instead of the refund. Refund was eventually processed after PayPal intervention. Very poor handling of a simple warranty claim.
