I've since made a whole bunch of redemptions, some in the thousands and its super quick. A little rocky start with verification and delays but they improved so much since I started playing. I've spent far more then id like to admit but I can confidently play here knowing that when I do win big that they pay out quickly.

I had an amazing first experience. I won $150 of of my chips I got for registering. That was awesome! I had a little trouble with redemption, but once ai got ahold of customer support, they helped me with my documents and I got my money the same day.
