Hey there, Gregory! 👑 Creating duplicate profiles or attempting multiple registrations breaches the multi-account rules clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. When security checks flag linked profiles or irregular verification data, our compliance team is required to restrict access to protect the platform. These decisions are never taken lightly, but adhering to social casino operating standards remains mandatory. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The RubyChips Team

Hi Kay, Sorry the bonus follow-up didn't come through despite reaching out more than once, that's not the experience we want after a first purchase. Please send your registered email to [email protected] so our team can trace what happened with that bonus and get it sorted. Play Bold. Win Free. The RubyChips Team

Hey there, Connor! 👑 Document formatting and banking verification rules cannot be audited on a public thread, especially when your account email was not attached to this review. Financial statements must meet specific institution and ownership requirements before redemption clearance. Please message [email protected] directly from your registered email so an agent can specify exactly why that file was returned. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The RubyChips Team

Hey there, Briana! 👑 We’re sorry this turned into such a rough outcome after the $300 redeem and the extra verification step. That is not the experience we want for any Royal. 💎 Checks like that exist to prevent fraud and protect players, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming policy. Without more detail on your side, we can’t fully unpack what happened on this public thread. Please share the email on the account (and any screenshots of the messages you received) here on Trustpilot or with our team so we can look into your case properly and give you a clear explanation. We genuinely want to sort this out. 👑 Play Bold. Win Free. The RubyChips Team

Hey there, Merle! 👑 “Stay away” after a docs round is a strong charge. We still handle verification and redemptions inside the same footer policies every Royal agrees to. Read Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy on the site, then continue the case with [email protected] if you want a straight account-level read. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The RubyChips Team

Hey there, Elizabeth! 👑 Thanks for flagging this so clearly. An ad that promises free 57 SC just for signing up with no deposit, then a support reply that you must pay for those 57, is confusing — and we get why you’re not impressed. 💎 To look into it properly we need more than the claim alone. Could you attach a screenshot of the ad (full creative if you still have it) ? Once those are on the thread, we’ll open a check on how that offer was shown versus how it was explained. Appreciate you bringing it to us instead of only walking away. Play Bold. Win Free. The RubyChips Team

Hey there, Erik! 👑 We’re sorry you feel this way. These are serious claims and we want to address them calmly and clearly. 💎 RubyChips operates as a social casino under published rules. Game outcomes use certified RNG systems, and verification or redemption steps follow our Terms & Conditions, Sweepstakes Rules, and related policies available in the website footer. Those checks exist to protect players and process withdrawals properly. They are not a tool to “run people around” or seize funds by default. We also need to correct the Trustpilot point. We do not remove genuine negative reviews to fake a score. Feedback stays visible, including critical posts, and we reply in public so other players can see both sides. If you have a specific RubyChips account issue, email [email protected] with your username or registered email. Our team can review the file and explain the exact status under our published terms.
